Israeli War Planes Bomb Beirut International Airport

Israelis have bombed the Beirut International Airport because it is being used to bring weapons into Lebanon to use against Israel. The runways have been bombed and the airport can no longer be used. Israelis have also bombed to smaller airports and put them out of commission. Hezbollah has been using the airports to bring in weapons.
The situation occurred due to the aggressive action of Lebanon to advance on the Israeli border and attack Israeli forces and take three soldiers hostage. The Middle East Conflict is escalating and it appears that this will probably draw Iran into the loop as well. Syria is also in the mix as they have supplied soldiers and intelligence to Hamas in the Palestinian area of Jordan.
Israel has also advanced on positions in the Palestinian Authority area and taken out bridges and a power plant in response to another kidnapped soldier on that side. The President of the United States has stated that Israel has a right to defend herself, like any other country, although wants to see peace in the region.
Peace maybe tougher than anticipated as Iran is drawn into the fray due to a war-pact with Syria. Meanwhile Iranian President defies logic and refuses to stop it manufacturing of nuclear weapons and has told the United Nations to forget any possible compromise on the enrichment of Uranium.
Iran has promised to blow Israel off the map. The Western World may also act against Iran to prevent them from using a nuclear bomb to do just that. Things are heated up and WW III must be averted. Consider all this in 2006.
